Timothy Totten presented his talk titled "Frank Lloyd Wright: The Textile Block Experiments" before a group from the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture in Tulsa, Oklahoma at Westhope. It was amazing! This 12,000 square foot home, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright almost 100 years ago, was outstanding. Indoor photography was not permitted, but guests were permitted to wander the home in a self-guided tour. He loves being invited to speak to groups and this was like the most exciting one he's done in a while.

Kim Bixler’s family owned Frank Lloyd Wright’s 1908 Edward E. Boynton House in Rochester, NY from 1977 to 1994. During its construction, the world-renowned architect was frequently on-site, supervising all details, including the design of the furniture (seventeen pieces still remain in the prairie-style house).
Kim Bixler published her latest book, Growing Up in a Frank Lloyd Wright House, and can be seen in the PBS documentary Frank Lloyd Wright’s Boynton House: The Next Hundred Years. Kim will recount the tumultuous history of the house through an engaging multi-media presentation of family photographs, historical documents and personal anecdotes. Kim Bixler’s family owned Frank Lloyd Wright’s 1908 Edward E. Boynton House in Rochester, NY from 1977 to 1994. During its construction, the world-renowned architect was frequently on-site, supervising all details, including the design of the furniture (seventeen pieces still remain in the prairie-style house).
